Supply Chain Defect Management application is used by a multinational consumer goods manufacturer that has a supply chain covering Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. This web application helps the manufacturer in preventing and managing defects that occur in their unique supply chain process.

The manufacturer had unique supply chain requirements due to the nature of the business. There was no out of box, commercially off the shelf software solution to manage defects in the unique supply chain process.
Hence an application was needed for analyzing, preventing and reducing supply chain defects.

A workflow management application to record, escalate, investigate, solve, review and close supply chain defects.
Deployed this application along with a Shipping Execution Management application in a single portal as the usergroup for both applications are the same. This led to saving cost of rolling out and maintaining separate application instances.

Intelligent Search so that user can search incident based on 20 different attribute combinations to filter incidents that are needed for actions to be performed.
